山維鴻遠K11柔韌型防水涂料是以丙烯酸酯乳液和多種添加劑組成的有機液料，并以特種水泥及多種填充料組成的無機粉料，經(jīng)一定比例配制成的雙組份水性防水涂料。涂刷于基體表面，固化后可形成柔韌、高強的防水涂膜。適用于衛(wèi)生間、廚房、陽臺、樓地面、水池、地下室的防水、防潮。

注意事項ⅠPrecautions

●施工時氣溫應(yīng)在5℃-35℃之間，大風(fēng)或雨雪天室外禁止施工；

●配制好的涂料應(yīng)在1小時內(nèi)使用完畢，使用過程中嚴禁加水；

●開封后未使用完的液料或粉料，應(yīng)密封貯存；

●施工過程中注意保護防水涂膜不受破壞。

配比及用量ⅠRatio and Coverage

液料：粉料=10：25（重量比）；1mm厚的涂膜約需涂料2kg/m2

施工要點ⅠApplication Instruction

●清理基層至平整、堅實；

●一袋液料配一袋粉料，先將液料倒入攪拌桶中，在攪拌的同時緩緩加入粉料，用電動攪拌器攪拌至均勻、無結(jié)塊；

●先將基層潤濕飽和但無明水，防水涂膜宜涂刷兩至三遍，每遍涂膜干燥后方可進行下道工序，時間間隔4-6小時。待涂膜干燥后，方可進行閉水試驗；

●防水層涂膜厚度宜1.5-2.0mm；施工時宜采用“十”字交叉涂刷的方式。
